Evelyn
The location was particularly good and perfect for me as it was right by a nightclub where youngsters are "partying " on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until early in the morning, and two metro stations.
-
Terry
We booked twin room and it was regular sized. The setting was unbeatable, right by town center, Rua Santa Catarina and city centre tourist sights.

Richard
It has marvellous, decent setting, not far from centre of Porto, the closest metro and historic sites and shopping areas and eating places. The staff is responsible, as well as host.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from a 76m - high tower. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.

Friendly staff, except one grumpy lady in the kitchen. Excellent location near city center, peaceful area. Comfortable double room with bathroom overlooking a quiet patio. Nice interior design throughout the building. Enjoyed the pretty and relaxing garden for breakfast. Lovely staff and nice sitting area with TV.

The staff spoke excellent english and were very knowledgable and helpful in organising transport in the city. The decoration of the hotel was unique, offering a sense of warmth usually absent in most hotels.
The only drawback i experienced was the position of my room which was at the front of the hotel. This meant that there was a considerable level of noise from the street, particularly in the early hours of the morning.

Helpful staff. Decent breakfast in buffet with calm atmosphere. Wifi worked well in breakfast area. Good value.
Wifi did not work in my room - not desperately important but would have been useful. Some fresh fruit options at breakfast would have been good. The reading light over my bed had a short cable - a bit impractical to use. None of the above that important but offered as suggestions for improvement.

The queen room we stayed in were regular sized with bathroom. It offered us nice location just off a nightclub where youngsters are `` partying '' on Thursdays, airport and main sights.

The interior style was great, with a lovely oriental atmosphere that added to the romantic ambience of our escape. The breakfast served at the cute terrace was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to start our day. Plus, the staff were very kind and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
The thin walls and doors made for a noisy experience, especially in the mornings when people started waking up. there seemed to be a nearby nightclub or bar that was quite loud and disturbed our sleep.

Good value for money. Located about 20 min walking from city centre. All the basic facilities you can expect for that kind of money and the staff at the reception desk very helpful and polite. Hotel rooms decorated with moroccan accents including the patio at the back with the tables where is nice to sit down and relax with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There is also the kitchen, which can be used by the guests to prepare their own meals if they want to.

The whole concept. Decoration, very kid and helpful personnel-
If you sleep close to the stairs you can wake up with the door ring. Only thing I didn´t like but here you get more than you pay for.

Location: the hotel was not far from a nightclub where youngsters are "partying " on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until early in the morning and shopping areas and eating places. We thoroughly enjoyed the room: it was impressive and romantic.
The staff were so relaxed, didn't expect that coming.
